The Artajo 10 Arbosana Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an organic early harvest oil. The arbosana olive variety stands out for being sweet and having a very fruity aroma reminiscent of peach and strawberry, with a hint of nuts. On the palate, it has a sweet touch with a very light and balanced bitterness. It pairs very well with citrus desserts and pastry preparations.
The early harvesting of the olives gives this oil a fresh, herbaceous touch, with an exceptional intensity of green fruity aromas. Its raw use is recommended, to finish dishes, dress salads, or enjoy it on toasted bread.
