The Hojiblanca variety is one of the most representative in southern Spain, especially present in the provinces of Córdoba, Malaga and Seville, which today is the third most cultivated in our country. Its name refers to the silver tone of its leaves, being a very appreciated variety not only for oil production, but also as for table olive.

He Extra hojiblanca virgin olive oil is a monovarietal that is characterized by a balanced and complex flavor, as well as by having medium stability, which makes it appropriate both to consume it in raw, and in the kitchen.
