PRICE OF CASAS DE HUALDO OILS

The producers of Casas de Hualdo produce different varieties of oil – picual, arbequina, manzanilla, cornicabra, and coupage. All of them are early harvest oils, meaning they are made with green olives whose yield is lower than that of a black olive. For this reason, their price is higher, since for the production of early harvest oil, the yield level is 10%. However, the extra virgin olive oil in large format is obtained from olives harvested during the month of December with a riper fruit and whose yield averages around 23%.
