The formalization of the order

The customer who wants to make a purchase at www.olivarte.es must visualize the general purchase conditions that are included in all the page of this website in addition to approvement of compliance before making the payment of the chosen product. These general purchase conditions are issued by Olivarte 2020 SL with CIF: B02957470, with a registered office in Avenida de Andalucía, 2. C.P: 23700 Linares (Jaén). The formalization of an order will be understood as under the total acceptance of the general purchase conditions contained in this website.

The products will be sent to the delivery address that you indicate in the form that must be filled when formalizing the payment process. In any case, Olivarte 2020 SL reserves the right to reject any order even being paid, returning in this case the entire payment. Customer service: cancellations, returns and/or orders.

Return conditions

Olivarte undertakes to admit the return of the order as long as they are in the circumstances described below:

  1. Before signing the delivery agar in the direction indicated by the client, it must ensure that:
  • The wrapper or the product container is in perfect condition and does not present any serious deterioration or it is suspected that there may be a break in some inner container by presenting visible spots outside. In this case, the delivery albar will not be signed being the transport company in charge and responsible for returning without being able to demand any amount to the client. In no case will the company take over a package which has damage and has been accepted by the client. The order, once received and proven its deterioration status will be replaced by another without cost for the client or the amount will be returned if you wish.
  • If the order presents these alterations and has signed the delivery albarn, the return will not be made for this cause.
2. Once the container box is open:
  • If, when opening the merchandise, a visible deterioration of the product that can suspect a loss of quality or alteration of the oil, incomplete, erroneous delivery or the non -delivery of one or more products contained in the order, must contact us through the telephone indicated in the contact or email section to proceed to an inspection or specification of the problem and be able to carry out the refund or refund in the case that corresponds. This communication must be done within 48h working. If the client does not make such notification, it will be permanently assumed that the products are in perfect condition, according to the contract and free of any defect that is evident in a reasonable examination, and consequently, it will be considered that the customer has accepted the products.
  • Returns of open, manipulated containers or with the precautionary seal will not be admitted for safety reasons.

Cancellations

It will not be possible to cancel an order in the event that it would have left the facilities, be prepared or more than 18 hours have passed since the formalization of your order.

Returns

The buyer will have a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw, from the day of receipt of the product, without the need for a justified cause.

Returns must be previously authorized by our commercial department, through the email info@olivarte.es or the phone that appears in contact, who will facilitate a return number, which must appear on the label of the package to be returned. Regardless of the reason for the return, the products must be sent in the original packaging and state.

The sending of the products in the process of return, after the acceptance by Olivarte, must be carried out within 7 working days. Once this time has been expired, the return will not remain in force and therefore the right to return cannot be exercised.

In the case of returns without just cause or rejection of the package, the client will take care of the transportation expenses, both of the first leg (although these have not been paid directly by exceeding the minimum amount for free expenses), as well as back to Olivarte, where once the material has been received and verified, the company will pay the corresponding amount of the material less the transport expenses mentioned above.


During the return process, the customer is responsible for any loss or damage to the product (s). The norms regarding the cancellations of orders and/or returns, (regulated by the law of 15/96 number 7/1996) claims, guarantee and issuance of invoices, are the following:

  • Returns that do not have their original packaging will not be admitted, having signed the delivery albar and with the product unopened (1)
  • The product invoice is valid as a guarantee of the manufacturer, it will have an effect from the day the buyer is delivered at the home. Claims for possible incidents such as the product is delivered deteriorated, wrong or, for any other cause susceptible to claim, they will be as follows: in the case of requesting the cancellation and/or return of the amount, the customer must send the product to Olivarte 2020 S.L. within 14 calendar days after receipt of the order, according to the conditions set forth in (1) (according to law of 15/96 number 7/1996). Transportation expenses derived from the return must be paid by the client.
  • If on the contrary you want to replace the product with damage or damage, Olivarte undertakes to deliver another product in perfect condition to the customer, once the defective product is verified.

Payment methods

The client will be able to pay the amount of his order, opting for various forms of payment. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice.

Bank transfer

In case of not receiving admission within a week we will proceed to cancel your order. The use of this payment system can extend the delivery period one more work day, because the entry between banks is not made immediately.
