DESCRIPTION OF CORTIJO EL PUERTO CHIQUITITA ORGANIC BIODYNAMIC 500 ML
Organic extra virgin olive oil with medium intensity green olive fruitiness. It has herbaceous notes of tomato plant, green almond, and banana peel. On the palate it is sweet, with medium spiciness in the throat. Notes of banana, pear, and a floral background are perceived. Overall, it is a very balanced, harmonious, clean, fluid, fresh oil with a balsamic touch.

Additionally, these oils have a high content of antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which make it healthier and more aromatic.
To keep your extra virgin olive oil in perfect condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Ideally, keep it between 16 °C and 22 °C, and always well sealed to prevent oxidation.
