Picualia Premium Picual early harvest extra virgin olive oil has a freshness with medium-high intensity of fruitiness with a predominance of green. The leaf is clearly appreciated in combination with notes of freshly cut grass while fruity notes such as banana or fig appear. The aroma of tomato plant and mint stands out.
It has a silky texture and a pleasant entry on the palate, where the attributes detected on the nose are again appreciated, including some more such as artichoke and green wheat, with fresh, fruity and green flavor.
