A unique picual variety EVOO, elaborated in October after a meticulous selection process of the best mountain olive groves of the Sierra Mágina region (Spain). It has a high content of polyphenols, vitamin E and oleic acid, which helps to preserve our health. This early harvest EVOO has the seal of quality provided by the Sierra Mágina Denomination of Origin.
It has an intense fruity smell and very complex aromas of green grass, tomato, banana peel, green almond. It has an appropriate balance between bitterness and spiciness that is noticed progressively.
