DESCRIPTION OF 5 ELEMENTOS GRAN SELECCIÓN CORNICABRA OIL
The 5 Elementos Gran Selección Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cornicabra is an EVOO certified by the Montes de Toledo Protected Designation of Origin. Made exclusively from olives from selected plots of Finca La Pontezuela. These olives are harvested and processed within just a few hours, so that all their properties and organoleptic and sensory attributes are preserved.
This is an EVOO that presents a complexity of aromas and flavors. It is also characterized by its high intensity, which makes it ideal for pairing with red meats and intensely flavored fish.
WHY CONSUME 5 ELEMENTOS GRAN SELECCIÓN CORNICABRA?
It is a highly beneficial EVOO for health since it is made exclusively with the first olives of the harvest, collected through early harvesting in mid-October. That is, when the fruit is at its optimal ripeness, which ensures its high content of polyphenols (natural antioxidants).

He has disappointed me
I don't know if a Toledo oil has another clearer color and a less intense flavor, but its flavor, color and texture did not expect it. It may be accustomed to Andalusian oils. Or maybe the bottle that I have has not been stored in good condition. The fact is that we did not like anything either my husband or me.

Preguntas frecuentes
