From them, an intensely fruity green oil is extracted, with positive and smooth attributes. Hacienda el Palo Premium Arbequina 500 ml (Villagordo, Jaén): extra virgin olive oil from early harvest and with an intense green color. Its olive, of the Arbequina variety, is picked in October, while still green and at the peak of flavor and aroma quality. Its aroma releases notes of almond, banana, tomato, and hints of green grass and apple. On the palate, it is very balanced with a medium-low spiciness.
- Casas de Hualdo Arbequina 500 ml ( El Carpio de Tajo, Toledo). Extra virgin olive oil of the Arbequina variety, harmonious, delicate, and very fragrant. Full of aromas, it evokes sensations of artichoke, freshly cut grass, apple, and tomato plant.
