Reviews about Best Oils 2025' Case
The color of olive oil can vary and is not always the same. It depends on several factors, including the olive variety, the timing of the harvest, and the production process. Early-harvest oils have an intense green color due to their high chlorophyll content, especially right after production. Over time, toward the end of the season, this shade may shift to more golden or yellowish tones. This variation is completely natural and does not affect its flavor or quality
