Padilla Taggiasca Selection 500 ml is a single-variety extra virgin olive oil, made exclusively with early harvest Taggiasca olives from a private estate in Bailén (Jaén), the first plantation of this Italian variety in Spain (planted in 2015). It is an EVOO with a medium-intense green fruitiness, very aromatic, obtained during the first days of October through cold extraction (22–24 ºC) and in a limited edition, with a smooth profile, light bitterness and spiciness, and especially recommended for raw consumption.
