DESCRIPTION OF CAMPOS DE BIATIA LA DAMA IBERA PICUAL OIL

Extra virgin olive oil limited edition and of early harvest, from olives of picual variety collected in October. It is an oil that is born in the fields of Baeza, olive groves that were romans and have been preserved thanks to a traditional crop transmitted from generation to generation and environmentally friendly.

Produced since 1995 by the S.C.A. Oleícola Baeza, the oil Campos de Biatia is fruity intense, with aromas of tomato, almond green, artichoke and grass fresh, typical of the picual variety. For the elaboration of this extra virgin, its producers follow a careful and rigorous process directed by technicians both in the field and in the mill, selecting the best olives of the picual variety, in its optimal state of maturation and previous classification.

The entire production process of Campos de Biatia La Dama Íbera oil is mechanical, which means that the extra virgin olive oil is obtained without the addition of chemicals, it's a natural product. It is characterized by its color green esmeraldagreat fruityintense aromas and flavors and especially rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, with up to 20 times more amount of those components, which make it still healthier.
