DESCRIPTION OF CASAS DE HUALDO CORNICABRA OLIVE OIL
Extra virgin olive oil of cornicabra variety, the only native variety protected by the Montes de Toledo Designation of Origin, to which its producers Casas de Hualdo belong. Its antioxidants confer it a multitude of aromas of green leaf and apple, which combine perfectly with the marked bitterness and spiciness. Also noteworthy are the "olive leaf" green, ripe avocado or spices. Cornicabra is an oil of great character that remains stable over time.

Casas de Hualdo Cornicabra oil is a characterful oil with a high content of polyphenols, the natural antioxidants of EVOO, which give it high stability. It combines very well with all types of rice, but especially recommended in recipes with curry. Enhances dishes of vegetables such as artichoke, eggplant, onions, watercress, lettuce and tomato salad, grilled vegetables, tempura, or baked potato. Ideal with pasta with pesto and parmesan, pizza with vegetables and olives. Dress a platter of aged cheeses, or try it with a toast of avocado cream with marinated tuna.
