Claramunt Extra Virgin Olive Oil of the Frantoio variety is cultivated in the province of Jaén, although it is a typical variety of the Italian Tuscany. It has an intense flavor with banana peel, green apple and bitter almond that brings the essence of raw nuts. Its flavor is an excellent combination of bitter and spicy.
