The Parqueoliva Serie Oro oil is obtained from the combination of the Picuda and Hojiblanca olive varieties. It has a high green fruitiness with fruity nuances such as apple and green banana, and vegetable notes like tomato plant and artichoke. On the nose, freshly cut grass and green almond are perceived. On the palate, it has a sweet entry, green almond, bitter and spicy of medium intensity.

The best olive oil I've ever tried

The quality of both the oil and the bottle is excellent. My partner and I love its flavour. It's a bit bitter and spicier than other olive oils, which makes it ideal for toasts, salads, and other recipes where you want the oil's flavour to stand out. However, I would never use it for cooking or in receipts where you want the oil to only serve as a flavourless lubricant.
