Extra virgin olive oil of picual variety and organic cultivation. Made from olives from organic olive trees which are mostly found in the Sierra de las Villas and Cazorla area. They come from traditional olive groves and from higher altitude areas, which gives this oil its special characteristics.
It is an oil with green leafy and grassy notes on the nose and palate. It has a somewhat unbalanced bitterness and spiciness, astringency and very marked green wood. More fruity and complex on the nose than on the palate.
