This organic production oil of the hojiblanca variety is characterized by its very intense green fruity. Its intense green color is noticeable at first glance thanks to its transparent glass bottle.
It has an entry in the mouth sweet, green almond, medium intensity bitter and spicy, with herbal notes of thyme and spearmint; persistent. Its consumption raw is recommended to take advantage of all its properties. It is ideal for toast, salads, meats, or blue fish.

Additionally, these oils have a high content of antioxidants, such as polyphenols, which make it healthier and more aromatic.
To keep your extra virgin olive oil in perfect condition, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Ideally, keep it between 16 °C and 22 °C, and always well sealed to prevent oxidation.
