The Hojiblanca variety is one of the most representative in southern Spain, especially present in the provinces of Córdoba, Málaga, and Sevilla, and today it is the third most cultivated in our country. Its name refers to the silvery tone of its leaves, being a variety highly valued not only for oil production but also as a table olive.


The Hojiblanca extra virgin olive oil is a monovarietal characterized by a balanced and complex flavor, as well as having medium stability, which makes it suitable both for raw consumption and cooking.
