Extra virgin olive oil with a characteristic green colour, made with the best Picual olives from Jaén. It is striking at first sight because of its packaging, whose shape and dimensions simulate an emerald. It is an intense oil, with a very balanced medium-high pungency and bitterness, characterised by its fruity green grass, tomato, green almond and fig.
It is perfect for those who are looking for an oil with an intense flavour, as in the mouth it is fruity, sweet, slightly bitter and a little spicy. This spicy sensation disappears after a few seconds.
