Among the oils produced in the Cooperativa Oleícola Baeza, the limited edition in 500 ml format, of picual variety, stands out: La Dama Íbera. An EVOO of the highest quality, which stands out for the fresh grass, tomato, almond and artichoke typical of picual oil from Jaén. Another highlight is its premium Variety Collection Picual 500 ml oil, made from olives harvested in November, which makes it particularly balanced and fruity.

Campos de Biatia oil is characterised by its emerald green colour, its great fruitiness, its intense aroma and flavour and its health benefits as it is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols, with up to 20 times more of these components.

PRICES OF CAMPOS DE BIATIA OILS
The Cooperativa Oleícola Baeza produces different types of oils such as early harvest extra virgin olive oil (selected as the best in the world by the prestigious EVOOLEUM Guide in 2023). Its price is higher than that of large format oil mainly due to the olive yield, since for the production of early harvest oil, which is made with green olives at the beginning of October, the yield level is 10%. However, 5-litre olive oil is obtained from olives harvested during the month of December with a more mature fruit and whose yield is around 23% on average. If we add to this the process of selection of the olive tree under the supervision of experts to obtain premium oil, we can understand the reason for the price difference.
