DESCRIPTION OF ORO DEL DESIERTO HOJIBLANCA OLIVE OIL 500 ML
Organic extra virgin olive oil of limited production, exclusively from hojiblanca olives harvested at early veraison. It has an intense golden colour with very clean filtration. The nose is powerful and broad, with notes of medium-ripe tomato, green apple and banana, enriched with less evident notes of black pepper, sage, mint and basilisk.
The palate is smooth and enveloping with vegetal notes of lettuce and almonds. Balanced and elegant balance between bitterness and spiciness. The spiciness is more present and late and not very persistent.
WHY CONSUME HOJIBLANCA DESERT GOLD?
It is recommended for consumption in green salads, toast, fresh cheese, meat sauces, cold soups, salmorejo, white garlic. And in general for use at low temperature or cold, it is an oil of very high organoleptic value, the variety shows a medium stability which, together with the early harvesting of its olives, gives this oil a longer life than usual.
