Royal variety extra virgin olive oil from early harvest. Made from reddish-coloured royal olives, an indigenous and limited variety that gives rise to an oil with an intense green and golden colour. In the mouth it is clean and elegant with a sweet entry, which gradually becomes moderately spicy.
