Almaoliva Gran Selección is an extra virgin olive oil ideal for cooking. It is a 100% multivarietal olive juice, that is to say, it is made only from Picuda, Picual and Hojiblanca olives, which gives it a medium fruitiness.
It is a smooth oil with a sweet entry on the palate combined with a slight bitterness and spiciness. Medium to high fruitiness with fruity notes such as apple. It is perfect for preparing all kinds of fried foods, as well as stir-fries, as it withstands temperatures of up to 200 degrees.
