Castillo de Canena Extra Virgin Olive Oil Limited Edition collected on the first day of harvest. It has a deep green color with a high concentration of chlorophyll. It has a fruity green leaf, tomato, green apple and banana peel. Herbaceous tones are perceived in the mouth, highlighting its freshness. It has a pleasant spiciness that evolves, as it passes through the throat, to fresh pepper with a slight bitterness. Its label has been designed by the journalist Matías Prats.
